For the record, I do believe Israel vastly understates the damage and the number of casualties it's suffered.

interception missiles are vastly more expensive, have an inherent disadvantage, the us makes like 50 thaad missiles per year and israel banned all foreign media because fox news showed missile impact on targets in tel-aviv

The batteries are mobile and can move before another salvo arrives from Iran. The reason they don't want it published is because it reveals Jizzrael hides them in civilian areas.
