I used to think I had to pretend to like sports. I dreaded that first day at a new job so much because it ALWAYS came up. That's the only way NPCs know how to communicate. But in the past 5 or so years people are way more accepting if you don't watch sports. My go to would be that I watched boxing, because nobody else really knows much about it so it was easy to bullshit and it made me look kind of tough an old school.

Start writing E-mails to Hr asking for guidance on this subject. Every time it happens, send them an E-mail, and shadow CC yourself, a lawyer, and the HR head a copy. If they are going to exclude you for being a "loser" then use it to your advantage. Do nothing and wait until they inevitably exclude you from something they probably shouldn't have.
