get roomates and a house. give them "cheap rent". once u save enough to buy the house (no more rent for you to pay) you give them a few months to move.

also tell them to save up their cash, so they can get their own place like you did, so they dont argue youre just ripping them off.

depending on the number of roomates you get, should be possible in a handful of years, and youre done.
