I'm 32 and am just now getting my life back on track. My 20s were the worst years of my life, even worse than my teens. You don't turn into a mummy the second you hit 25, you're practically still a kid and have plenty of time to sort your life out. Start now with small things, anything at all that's easy for you to change for the better, and work up to more challenging changes. It's extremely important to not let yourself fall into total isolation during this, you need friends (a single GOOD one is better than more shitty ones) to support you through these things, even indirectly by just being someone for you to talk to and confide in.
