is it cultural??? i have afro friends and they talk like normal people, they dont have a distinct way of talking. do every ethnicity has a way to talk in america?

Every bit of black Americans culture is a psyop to create a racial fifth column within America by making black people effectively permanent unincorporated foreigners. In this case "ebonics" was pushed onto the already English speaking group in order to make them impossible to integrate properly because if they did the fifth column would collapse.
