You listen here: the pagan meetups hosted by my university have always been gender non-binary and queer friendly. Occasionally you'd see some pudgy white kid show up who thought he wanted to be pagan because he saw some marvel comics or video games. In the best case scenario you whip the kid into shape with some diet and exercise program and eventually he can come out of his shell and start experimenting.

for Norse paganism, there aren't specific religious writings speaking about it at all. socially, it was down to the individual how they feel about it. no one had an opinion about lesbians at all. but their society was focused on masculinity, so gay men weren't exactly hated for being gay, but whoever was the "receiver" was seen as non masculine so they were mocked for that
