Nuclear material is not the same as a nuclear bomb...the former is a processed chunk of earth, the latter is a specific and highly difficult to achieve atomic reaction that cannot be achieved by just "blowing it up"...

i think that releasing nuclear material after a bombing has to be a concern. this shit has been an issue for like 20 years. we could have bombed the shit out of their facilities 20 years ago. instead it was basically two options. talking iran down and stuxnet.
