Its a full RV with a garage I bought for $3000 and renovated it.

Redid the floors and replaced all the old cracked flooring with 2.5 inch plywood and I have a friend who's a carpenter so he helped me for the day and I payed him $300. He made all the cuts, measurements etc for the flooring since there's curves and he knows how to replace flooring on RV. I replaced the halogen interior lights all with brand new fixtures with LED's, tore out the old propane fridge and put a new electric fridge in. It's really well insulated.

It has a standard hookup for water and shower works well but I redid the water system. I took the fuel pump outside wiring and since its 12V hooked up my electric pump outside to that since there's a switch inside that turns those wires on and its on a timer. I just click the switch and my water turns on.
