He was pretending to be someone else and somehow spoofed his email so it looks like theirs. Asked for some identifying info (normal request) and then later I see that my stuff was changed and somebody impersonated me acting like a middle man. I call the real company and they say they’re aware of this scam and have already reported to the FBI but meanwhile the police haven’t done shit.
