The only reason we could attack iraq was congress approved the plan because there was an imminent threat articulated by Colin Powell of Iraq getting WMDs. In this case, Tulsi Gabbard has testified in March that the US has no evidence that Iran is trying to get a nuclear weapon, so preventing an imminent threat of Iran getting nukes is not going to be justification.
