The SCOTUS is supposed to rule on birthright citizenship soon. I’m convinced that they’re not only going to keep it, but expand it into some kind of turbo version. They’ll say it not only extends to the person born here but their illegal parents and siblings as well. That’s why they won’t deal with the AEA case. They know the courts have no say on AEA use, so they’re stalling to keep as many illegals in the country as they can until they can whip the votes among the justices for the infinity birthright citizenship ruling. Then they’ll turn around and go “whoops looks like we never should have intervened on AEA my bad lol”

The courts have always been the libtard’s last stand. Desegregation, birth control, abortion, gay marriage, even fucking Obamacare were all unpopular but forced through the courts. They’ve only ever walked away from abortion and backed down from the trans shit.

My guess is they have 5 votes. But they know 5-4 would be too contentious. They know they can’t convince Thomas and Alito. They’re trying to peel off Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.
