If the guy was accessing his X account from his phone or computer(or better yet, both), it's trivial for an admin from X (or even Elon Musk himself) with a warrant to get information on him.

You don't need 'Palantir' for that. Twitter has the account's associated IP addresses, login times, etc. And Twitter responds to subpoenas/warrants/LEO requests for information.
