So all of us know by now that the Russians have a bad diet because they're slaughtered by the thousands in Ukraine, as per survival of the fittest rules, the people with the best diets are the healthiest, and therefore the most likely to win a war.

Russian diets usually consist of high nutrition food, generally they eat a lot of porridge, perogies, dumplings, etc... food with extremely high vitamin and mineral amounts.

Yet they are getting their asses handed to them by ex-military American/Canadian volunteers on a daily basis, whos diet consist of burgers, fries, ketchup, pizza, poutine, etc... not necessarily junk food but not exactly high in nutrients either.

So, my question is, how are people with a diet consisting of poor nutritional value winning against people with diets consisting of high nutritional value?

Well, I feel like there are secretly vitamins and minerals being pumped into all the burgers, fries, etc... in all the McDonalds around the United States and Canada, like it's actually healthier to eat burgers and fries all day than it is to eat high-nutrition foods, judging by how American soldiers are outperforming people with superior diets.

Is McDonald’s officially a part of the US Armed Forces’ food supply chain? I have been eating McDonald’s for more than 20 years, and I think I’ve never had any burger from them which was any different from each and every other. That kinds of standards and precision tells you something.

simple
sugar = glucose
glucose = bodies primary source of fuel
while you snow kikes are still digesting those "High vitamin" foods, the American diet has already been processed and assimilated by the body. hope this helps

Grains are not that nutriemt dense, you fell for psyops. Potatoes are more nutriemt dense. Meat is more nutrient dense.

The only good thing about grains is that they're very cheap, very calorically dense, and if its whole grains its nutrient dense enough to subsist on

Its only poison if you have a weak pancreas lmao.
You should really look into cell biology, learn the function of glucose/glycogen and then realize the people shilling sugar = poison don't want you to be fueled correctly. Also look into the ONLY fuel your brain uses.
Or don't, don't learn anything, wallow in piss and stay brain fogged.

Bread and cereals in Australia are fortified with Folate and most salts are fortified with iodine. I think certain milks have protein added to them too. You may be correct to some extent. If your foods are not fortified with added vitamins then you are solely relying on the soils that the food is grown on to provide adequate nutrition. But the majority of farmland is vitamin deficient; especially in Australia. Eating wild ocean caught seafood is a great way to supplement your diet because the ocean provides far more vitamins. It's likely a lot healthier than eating burgers and chips for every meal.

The handle is made in cooperation with the blade to avoid slippage, there are notches at the top side of the blade for your thumb for increased grip during stabation, the bottom index finger guard also prevent injuries and stops your finger from sliding forward towards the edge.

For $300, it's ments, lov'er.

>>507928193
Yeah it's great.

>>507928272
Ahh yeah, but I'd imagine that all the other additives that burgers and fries come with aren't as good as the potatoes and meat alone, especially not when it's all deep fried, however maybe the disadvantages don't outweigh the benefits when compared to grain foods.

>>507928489
Seems contrary to all the articles about sugar giving people literal brain damage, lowering NGF, BDNF expression, causing and feeding cancer, etc... spoonfulls od sugar can't be good for anyone but if that's not the case then the morbidly obese shouldn't be morbidly obese.

>>507928708
Supplements also help with an inadequate nutritional intake, arguably the most important thing in the world for health nuts, since our food is mostly processed over and over again, we need supplements now more than ever I'd say.

Seafood generally contains a lot of mercury from what I've read, so Idk if seafood is a viable alternative.

>>507929202
Poos live on a cow urine and feces diet lmao, not part of this discussion at all, those who incorporate vegetables still aren't eating meat, grain, or drinking milk but Idk for sure.

Heavy metals bioaccumulate over time. So eating short-lived seafood avoids the problem because the animals don't live long enough to accumulate heavy metals. I think micro plastics are more of a problem from drinking water and other beverages made from such water. I drink rainwater and there are no heavy industries here so the sky is as clean as can be.

Heavy metals accumulate in crops too. Just look up arsenic in rice for example.
