This war will end in a stalemate without US intervention.
It's clear now that the initial attack by Israel was meant to shock and awe the regime in Iran and lead to a regime change either through the death of high level leadership or internal strife. Since this has not happened the only way the nuclear installment at Fordow can be breached is with American heavy ordnance. Without this they cannot complete their objectives for the war and claim a victory.
Moreover, this American intervention is needed by Israel sooner than later due to the massive amount of money they're expending to keep up this pressure and defend from Iran.
Without American intervention Iran simply needs to continue existing and Israel will be forced to concede they cannot halt Iranian nuclear capability or else face continued iranian attrition missle attacks with a rapidly depleting inventory of interceptor missiles to defend with.
This is the current situation.
