Not sudden, has been happening ever since "black culture" i.e. monkey business, took over the black community. Whites are comfy: no chimp outs, not into robbery, assault, the usual black culture goings on. People often talk about "white flight" but there is also "black flight" which is not documented at all. Perhaps the best example is Dave Chappelle moving his family to Yellow Springs, Ohio, to get as far from blacks as possible. It's real, it's now, and has been happening for some time. Sadly, the very blacks that move to white land to escape black culture, still produce toxic black offspring. Just moving to white land does not solve the black culture problem.
