They dont go outside, they see beautiful women on the internet all day who are photoshopped, filmed in perfect lighting, touched up with CGI, or just genuinely gorgeous and dont know what actual women tend to look like. Incels are also often, maybe even more often than not, incels because they have egos to the point they won't even talk to women
