My conclusion is that most importantly for us is survival, that's the unmutable code, but even social interactions are mutable. Many people, unironically, talk to and feel fulfilled talking to AIs. 4chan is full of bots and bot posts including this one yet people interact with them all the time. You'd think people would stop, but that's not the case. Socializing is important, but the form of socialization does not matter. And it will only get "worse", it will become the new normal though what form it takes on a corporate level I am not sure.
