Israel will continue to bomb the IRGC possibly along with the US. They will both be on the hunt for the supreme leader.
With him dead and the IRGC in shambles there will be decent support in Iran for Reza Pahlavi to be the head of a constitutional monarchy. Enough people in Iran will support this to justify US and other nations to come in as peace keepers until elections can be held, a military loyal to the monarchy is formed, and there's stability in the country.
