What's your "end of the world" book to read when preparing for the end times.

I was thinking Book of Revelations, but then I came to my senses and thought perhaps it'd be better to read The Cantos instead.

preparing for the end times is prideful vanity. Yes some people are going to be alive when it happens but even in the gospels there are dire warnings against assuming you'll be one of them; you're supposed to assume you'll die way before that happens and live accordingly in repentance.
remember: after death there is no repentance.
prepare for your own end, not the end of the world.
