According to international law Gazans have the moral imperative to resist Israeli occupation by all forms.

Nope, you absolutely don't. There's no such thing as "nukes being illegal". It is by default not. However, there's this thing called the NPT, which is part of international law, and some (but not all) countries had signed and ratified it, including Iran. Israel did not ratify that though, so legally speaking they did not voluntarily gave up their "right" to produce or acquire nukes. Again, I would not call it "right" per se because states don't really have that, individuals and collectives (a people) do. Interestingly, we can also conclude the following:
