Seriously, what would the timeline look like if Germany had won. A conquored Europe? The British still kept their crown? Moscow under foot? There wasn't enough manpower in Germany to maintain that. Or would it be more simple and the Reichsmark was accepted. I ask because it's something they should have learned quite easily looking back at Rome, such a vast territory never stays together very long.
