Israel's bunker buster bombs can't reach deep enough to destroy underground enrichments plants like Fordow.
America's bunker busting bombs MIGHT be able to reach places like Fordow but would need highly accurate, multiple passes and they MIGHT only have 20 or so 30,000lb bunker busting bombs and if the regime isnt removed with something friendlier they'll have to repeatedly target these sites as fast as Iran can build and repair them.
"Hurr. Fuck it. We'll nuke it". Might not work but will definitely have wide ranging consequences.

Israel really fucked up and Trump destroying the JCPOA in 2020 was A MASSIVE mistake.
