In 1 easy step.

Hypersonic MIRV that deploy typically before interception range. Strap some extra rockets to these warheads and what the Iron Dome things is 1 missile coming in now becomes 8.

Surprised nobody has thought of developing this yet.

china has missiles filled glitter that explode in low earth orbit. they essentially kesslerize the planet, and they have the added benefit of taking out our satellite capabilities.

Oh, I was wondering if you're retarded, then I saw your flag.
Good job on coming up with an idea that's been in use for decades. You're right on top of things.
What do you think is in your pic?

Contrary to jew propaganda the Iranians are actually targeting military infrastructure. MIRV type warheads would only really be good for saturation bombing.

Talking about conventional and not massive like that. For pinpoint strikes.

I know they've had that since Star Wars in concept.

Just not hypersonic. Not conventional and on a smaller mass producible scale.

Also releasing drone swarms from parachutes and cluster munitions..

This is a MIRV for nukes. One nuke isn't enough to destroy most cities so you hit them with 8 in a cirlcle..

The concept I'm wondeing why is you are expending energy to get there when a single AA missile can take you out. Mainly to get as much KG of explosive power into each shot. But if they spread it out and make the release extremely fast moving highly accurate missiles that target key spots.. each missle is capable of pinpoint strikes like fighters.

That speed friction would cause modern aluminum to melt because of the magnesium content. Anything heavier than that wonโ€™t go fast enough with the amount of fuel you could put in a delivery vehicle. Thatโ€™s the current bottleneck with โ€œhypersonicโ€ shit

the way to bypass ABM defenses is essentially to put inflatable balloons over all your warheads and decoys
this makes it nearly impossible to tell which is which and it also makes it possible to carry more decoys
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penetration_aid

the US military went through the motions with this shit during the SDI initiative
finally they came to the conclusion that the only viable countermeasure was one that would destroy enemy ICBMs during boost phase (BPI)
they decided to launch brilliant pebbles, they almost did it but the soviet union collapsed before they started mass production

I'm wondering when Iran will break out the incendiaries. Since both sides are already war criminals.. why not.

too expensive to produce, MIRVs already move at mach 20, also MIRVs can be deployed from FOBS
the x37 is an irregular FOBS
it can stay in space for years
it can avoid detection by bouncing off the atmosphere, just like the spaceshuttle
this specifically was a USAF feature request , they call it aerodynamic cross-range capability
it also has low observability and it's cargo is concealed
none of the retards on this board ever realized this shit

why do you think they mostly scrapped their hypersonic programs?
material science isn't there
space and the sea are the important vectors for payload delivery

Because to shot down a space rocket you need another space rocket. And on such speeds that's literally impossible anyway, even if the target doesn't maneuver at all, which all modern ballistics actually are capable of doing. And even if you tried, basically the price to intercept something like that would cost you multiple times more, than that rocket itself, so the answer for such defenses would be just to make even more rockets to the point were it's just impossible.
AA only ever works against much lesser economy and numbers.
Once the adversary is on peer levels, no defense against missiles is possible, only offensive weapons works. You either destroy launching sites or get fucked. Or maybe just don't start shit with a country developed enough to have such weaponry. Simple as that.
Israel, having all the AA rockets from the US can't handle a week of conflict with Iran. And rockets Iran used so far are ancient tier, nothing fancy, really.
