Every worker there was Indian all of a sudden. Mostly females, but some males too. The Manager was Indian, so then it all made sense after a while. My standard spices are: Cumin, Tumeric, fennel cardamom, coriander, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, chilli, smoked paprika. I use all pre dried and ground spices. I know about the risk of heavy metal, fortunately whilst imported from india its ground and packaged in Australia, so hopefully that makes a difference. If not ah well.
