If you look at his education and early career, he was considered extremely capable and intelligent. He was a national-level debate champion who breezed through Harvard Law and launched a successful legal and political career.

But in recent interviews, he sounds like a babbling tard on the topic of foreign policy, Israel, etc. Is it fair to assume that blackmail is involved? Did he have a secret stroke at some point which diminished his cognitive capacity? We need answers.

It's a proxy for IQ. Someone without the requisite IQ will get tangled up on the questions and will be unable to answer many of them correctly. You can't simply 'train' people to massively improve their LSAT scores. Otherwise, everyone would do it, since 'test prep' is an entire industry.
