He reports anonymous sources, including ones that are provably wrong like when he said there was a BALTOPS fleet of ships in the area of the pipeline when the ships were nowhere near the area at the time and were taking part in some other routine exercises.
You may as well ask /b/, it's about as accurate as Hersh.
In this thing he's likely just reporting the obvious that the US is going to do some kind of strike. 'Heavy bombing' is questionable.
