>get some chile de árbol (dried red thin chili) and remove them stems>saute them in a pan with oil in batches so that it's all permeated>let the chilis cool and dry excess oil in a paper towel>blend them a bit and place them in a glass jar>add a bit of the pan's oil so that it covers the mix in the bottle>PROFIT!!!last fucking months in the fridge, very spicy, great for snacks, chips, imo goes with fish too, not quite the taco sauce tho
