no, too much food. best would be a cup of boiled oats with some milk, then the apple and some peanut butter for a snack. a sandwich for lunch. some small dinner. people eat way too much food. ideally cut out breakfast or lunch and stick to two meals a day, no snacks.

Thats a huge pain I make one massive batch of burrito mix with healthy ingredients and freeze the stuff I wont use right away and ive been eating that forever with different seasoning blends and condiments to freshen it up
