The Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) strongly condemned the brutal Israeli war against Iran in a statement on 19 June, referring to Israel as a “cancer-like entity” in the region.
A spokesperson for the ministry said DPRK has expressed “serious concern” over the Israeli war on Iran and "resolutely denounces it," according to state news outlet KCNA.
“The international community is strictly watching the US and western forces fanning up the flames of war, taking issue with the legitimate sovereign right and exercise of the right to self-defense of Iran, the victim.”
The ministry also warned the US and European countries against any further interventions.
