For shortwave you want a long piece of wire, speaker wire insulated is ok, 10m is good if you have a yard 20m and you'll need to add a sma connector to the sdr at one end of the wire so it all connects. You can probably buy the wire with a sma connector already fixed for a few $ more.

I'm a novice and there are probably yt vids around on how to set it all up.

evening anon, things have been pretty slow, very little on the airwaves. US has been moving its chess pieces into position, some more tankers heading down from UK to Med bases, and some F22s en route. Only interesting thing I've noticed is a group of tankers heading from Hawaii east that were previously speculated to be operating alongside B-2s en route to Diego Garcia but that's all just hearsay. otherwise, sod all has happened. Iranian FM met EU+UK FMs and nothing came of it, guess now its the weekend if Israel decide to go it alone with Fordow we might see something but it all feels pretty sluggish

I've read similar, that the GBU 57s theoretically should be sufficient but that they may need a number of them (like you say, B-2s are limited to 2 each). penetration capabilities are obviously fuzzy but the general numbers are 60m of dirt, 15-20m of concrete, although Iran has produced concrete 6x the PSI the MOP was tested on. Likely there would need to be a ground-softening assault first, as the MOPs have a fuze based on impact depth so it would make sense to clear something of a path for them
would be more straightforward to take out the access points and bury them, rendering the site inaccessible, but for a full take-down as you say, it might need something closer to Operation Outside The Box in 2007.

your outline of the potential operation sounds pretty plausible to me. should the US decide not to engage, I'm not convinced the Israelis would use a nuke on the site- more likely to cave in the entrances and leave it inoperable. Also possible they use commandos to raid it directly but again, I think unlikely- air strikes are much cleaner from their POV

Iran has proven that they're fully aware of Western military capabilities, and they've clearly gone to considerable lengths to devise attack plans and countermeasures to defeat them. The deepest penetrating bomb we have can only penetrate ~200 feet of rock or concrete. Anything beyond that would require either a ground assault or a tactical nuke.
