He's not tall or that heavy, but he is lean as fuck. He probably tears himself up in the gym, not a lot of bigger compounds except for some bench and pull ups - most likely he hits a good bro-split 4 times a week and tries to stay dialed in on his diet. Then when he knows he has a shirtless scene he really dials it in and does a quick water fast to get as paper-thin as possible. He could also be taking a little maintenance dose of Test, like 300-400 a week, and some kind of fat burner like Clen, just to make the whole thing easier.
You usually have two choices when you're natty. Either keep eating and start big compounds 3x a week to build muscle first, then cut down to a decent BF% in like a year or two. Or, start cutting now while introducing a workout program. I think the first option is better for most people, as lifting weights is far easier than dieting.
