I had a relationship that followed that pattern. First year she idolized me, I could do no wrong. Second year was kind of normal. Third year - I was a loser, I was an idiot, every little thing I did was wrong somehow, she proposed an open relationship, I said no, she started seeing another guy behind my back anyway while gaslighting and accusing ME of cheating, then broke up with me a couple months later while crying and saying I was such a great guy this was hardest thing she's every done etc.
