My problem is that in an establishment where waiters serve, they simply refuse to serve after the first order. They'll fetch your empty cup and plate, and maybe, maybe you'll get asked if you want another coffee, but usually not.
Then you're gonna have to wave for them. 10 years ago you got instant reply, because the workers then were actively looking for something to do.
Now you're left waiting for 30 minutes, I checked the clock, 30 minutes because they're turned away from the room and spend that time giggling and chatting with each other.
It can be 15-20 minutes before they even get to you for the first order, not because it's so crowded and busy, but because they have an attitude of "every customer's just furniture, it can wait".
