A Finnish woman's unusual actions led to an arrest in Wichita Falls, Texas, Yahoo News reported.

A 34-year-old woman is accused of hiding synthetic cannabis in Bibles and sending them to inmates at the James V. Allred Prison in Wichita Falls.

Texas police investigated packages containing cannabis in late May, two of which were mailed to inmates. Inside each leather-bound Bible were sheets of paper containing cannabis.

The packages were traced to an office supply store in Wichita Falls. Surveillance cameras at the store showed the woman using a self-service checkout to send the packages.

Police learned that the woman had been sending packages to inmates for several months. She was identified by her Finnish driver's license.

She is also accused of sending newspapers containing drugs to an inmate at an East Texas prison.

The Finnish woman is being held on a warrant issued by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Her guilt has not been proven in court.
