Paris should be partially demolished to erase french culture and favour germanization. Id say Erase 35-40% of the historical buildings and build german monuments,malls,factories,skyscrappers etc. Give the land to the companies that are most productive.
Eastern france should be german in proportion of 75%+ and so should belgium,it should have factories and a strong industrial output
Denmark should be colonized with germans in proportion of 10-15% just enough to build a local minority and reach the middle and upper echelons of danish society,in time this percentage will increase to 15-30% and the danish language and culture will be assimilated slowly into northern german sea culture.
Sweden and norway should be colonized 10-15% as well but the integration should be more aggressive and involve violence since these are large countries we cannot afford to lose and have lots of resources. Norway has oil and fish and sweden has iron ore chromium etc. Germans should control the major cities and be prepare to attack rebellious provinces
Poland should be fully integrated into germany and assimilated at around 85-90% directly into germany proper,ALL of it and western ukraine should be colonised too,make it 30% german or above,belarus the baltics and northern russia should be colonized even more intensively snd made 60-70% german. These regions should be heavily fortified and exempt from having major industry until russia has ben pacified for good.
Russia itself should be left alone with only 10% germans mostly around volga but also in Moscow
Slovakia should also be left alone as an independent slavic state with <10% german minority
The rest of ukraine should maintain independence stay disarmed and supply germany with resources and so should Russia and Northern Italy.
