I just went outside to get my midnight snack at the 24/7 kebab shop and saw a beautiful Arab girl (no hijab, hair done, light makeup; she was definitely trying to make an impression) sitting on a bench with a Russian guy.

She talked with a heavy accent, and obviously, it was challenging for her to communicate in a foreign language. But the guy was supportive, talked slowly and clearly. They were both grinning the whole time while talking about some basic student stuff. She was probably a first-year med student.


Why do some men do this? Why invest time and effort in someone who can't even speak your language properly? Wouldn't it be better spent on courting a nice local girl with whom he can have deep, meaningful conversations?

White men living in feminist societies are expected to self-censor and not pursue sex if it might make the woman feel uncomfortable etc. Meanwhile white women are never expected to not sleep around out of concern for her future husband's mental wellbeing etc. Non-white women do have social expectations and this makes them more relatable. Most white women don't know what it's like to have to balance what's best for you as an individual with what's best for society at large because they can just claim that all social responsibility is sexism etc. Both white men and non-white women experience sexual repression due to the difficult of striking this balance, and being able to overcome that repression together is an extreme form of intimacy that is more difficult to experience with white women. Also non-white women typically appreciate that white men respect them, while white women often take it for granted.
