Most black won't wake up early to do trade jobs. I used to start work st 5:30 am sometimes earlier because of the heat. You couldn't find a black person at that hour. I did work with a black guy carpenter that had all his shit together and would show at 7am for work. But the construction site is at least in the south is like 60% hispanic 35% white 5% other. Blacks really don't do construction beside some exceptions and theyre culturely white(raise their kids, provide for the family, etc).

I work in Tool and Die repair and management tried to get us to train a nigger. He left after an hour and went back to his normal job. (Putting blanks into a machine).
