TLDR: Tim Walz hired Boelter to commit a string of political assassinations including Senator Amy Klobuchar to vacate the MN Senate seat so he could run for it. The claims stem from Boelter's own letter, and indicate the other killings were likely just a smokescreen to conceal the potential killing amongst a large swath of other political assassinations at the same time.

Think about this too, we know NOTHING about the guy who almost killed Trump. He's barely spoken of even. There are entire documentaries and books about Oswald, but Crookes is just a mystery. That's on purpose. Either something is being covered up or they want to keep him and his motivations vague so they can project a motivation onto him and use it for justification for some other policy...
