I eat nearly 1 tub a day and surprisingly I shit fine

very few carbs also lots of steak and tallow and 'some' vegetables

I don't eat perfectly but I'm close to op's physique naturally and only work out 30 minutes a day every day, a low roid dose or alternatively anavar and I would look like I had a lower bmi, either way it's nearly doable so long as you focus on massively dropping weight (I suggest 0 carbs for 3 months)
