Its hard to say if Ron Paul, Jill Stein, Judge Napolitano, Douglas Mcgregor, are all on the Russia payroll or if they are merely filling a market niche, I think if they were getting paid directly or indirectly it would have been investigated by now but the fact they aren't very pro-Palestinian indicates they are counter signalling maybe CIA funded, any money that goes to anything actually pro-Palestinian is shut down very hard or under constant DDOS attack
