Men have far more outliers and will do things that arent necessarily socially condoned, whereas women actively try to be more "normal". So someone who might be interesting to you or me would be seen as being weird to most women.
Also, an intelligent woman is nowhere near as smart as an intelligent man. Women seem boring because theyre just dumb compared to smart men.
