Obviously by getting her from a place where she had some semblence of traditional values growing up.
People don't just decide to be "trad" on their own when they grow up. Many /pol/ posters larp as trad, but they are modernist gooners, so it should serve as a good example of what I am talking about. Women are even less capable than men to change themselves alone, so there it is.
Unironically some 3rd world country where people take religion very seriously is yourbest bet.
