Not gonna lie, I fucking hate sore throats. They're the worst part of a cold to me. When I had covid the first time, it was so bad, I could feel the burning in my ears. Shit sucked.

We have flu seasons at winter due to the weather but also from frequently going from cold climate to warm interiors and viceversa. We have flu seasons in summer too due to going from the very hot radiant exterior to freezer cold air conditioned areas.
