The purest representatives of what is traditionally thought of as European will likely fall in Corsica, Britain, and the low countries/northern Germany long before pockets in Central/Eastern Europe unless they accelerate faster.

The USA and RPA will likely be fully converted and mongrelized in this century outside of isolated villages, followed by Canada not much farther behind. The remants in Argentina and Brazil is contentious, they are basically already done there and are not as high of a priority. Australia might be the last of the colonies if I don't know any better.

As to what scheme they will pull on the other continents I do not know. There are a lot of mountain people who will remain resillient compared to the more nomadic types. SEA and Japan/Korea will likely be next targets if I had to guess, possibly followed by Indians being sent to Arabia.
