There's a screenshot I saw that I can't find, collecting posts from people talking about how millennial and zoomers are getting weaker, but not in the traditional sense. There are still young men lifting weights and getting strong, but they lack grip strength and control of their muscles. Apparently on construction sites they find it harder to use tools correctly and other examples so there's a theory that it's neurological. Not sure if it's true but it seems interesting.
