Keto and autophagy mean shit. It's all calories and muscles.

1. You either live an active life and remain fit or lean.
2. You eat every other day or do caloric restriction without complaining and just learn to live this way in order to be lean.
3. You lift and replace your weight in fat with weight in muscles so that you can continue stuffing your face and not being hungry.
4. You use Ozempic.

That's fucking it. It doesn't matter if you eat rice, wheat, potatoes, or pure fish and meat without any carb whatsoever. The only thing that matters is how many calories you burn and how many you consume if you don't want to cheat with drugs.

Kind of a lame application but remember when I first did a long fast, I fired up seikiro which I had previously given up on because I suck at vidya and it beat it all so easily, was parrying everything like the matrix, when a couple weeks earlier I couldnt even get close

If you are fasting properly, rigorously, you are already using a calendar, a clock, a journal. The app is performing those same functions, just in one convenient package.
