The whole idea is malicious antihuman nonsense. You don't need to permanently mutilate your body with an implant that can't be removed without additional surgery to directly interface with a machine. This can be done in non-invasive ways. It was the entire reason mRNA was originally developed, to get brain cells to temporarily express a gene for infrared bioluminescence so neural activity can be read by a simple infrared sensor. It was never meant for vaccines and is just another example of malicious actors hijacking technology to weaponize against the peasantry.
