Europe today can be divided into two types of countries; small countries that know they are small (Slovenia for example) and small countries that don't know they are small (Germany, France, Italy etc). We need to unite to be relevant on world stage. Swiss Confederation is a model. What do you guys think?

Remember that right now the EU has no and absolutely 0 legislative power. The "EU" parliament is more like an advisor telling states what law they should add to their national law. The wording and the scope of it is still decided by national parliaments.
