step 1: stop paying them to be niggers.
in addition to black women being bribed to make babies without a man in the house, let alone married to the biological father. convicted criminals are entitled to buckets of cash and other assistence. once youre convicted you get a fast lane to gibs. stop that.
step 2: accept that low iq children will not become high achievers and have a place for them.
specialized education with a focus on discipline and life skills. drills, punishments, rigid structure. these things train low iq kids to be behaved productive citizens. and if there's a place in our society for them to thrive(service, labor) then there's an outlet for that pressure. every young nig faces this crossroads where they rhink "i have no other choice than to commit crimes and also it's a good choice worh lots of benefits"
step 3: inhibit women's access to higher education and the professions. the opposite of what we do onow where we co script black girls to be flight controllers and doctors. just stopping that would do a lot of good, but also it should be very difficult for women to go to college and get jobs in the professions. niggers become gangsters to get laid. there needs to be a supply of women for them that arent so egotistical they cant marry a working class man.
