But if you try destroying it altogether, as Israel is doing and the US may be doing soon, too, then Iran (if it does have nuclear weapons) will definitely use them! And if not, it will rebuild this program at any cost. Netanyahu will go one day, but Iran will remain... probably led by a new ayatollah.

How did India and Pakistan both get nukes but not Iran? Did India and Pakistan purchase theirs from ussr? Did Iran not have the finances at the time? I would imagine Iranians are the same iq and just as secure financially

Pakistan doesn't have their own nukes. They store them for the US and they have a deal going on with the US. They can't launch anything without US approval. India developed theirs in the 70s.
And you don't just need IQ and money. You also need to divert a huge amount of your GDP to make a nuclear missile. It's not just about enriching Uranium (that's the easiest part).

There are currently 2 kinds of nuclear bombs, implosion and another one (which i forgot how its called). The second type isn't used because it's extremely inefficient. Creating an implosion type is really difficult. You more or less need autists that dedicate their life to doing this.

You need to be able to machine a sphere nearly perfectly with a tolerance less than 50 micrometers.
2.
and the second difficult part is timing the detonators (they need to be less than 1-10 nanoseconds apart at most).

If either of these don't work, you risk simply dropping a dud.

Overall , creating a nuclear missile of implosion type is not something you can do if you just throw enough money at it. Iran could already create the simpler type but then they wouldn't be able to mount it to a missile.
